Smart Classroom

The Smart Classroom is a technology-equipped space designed for official meetings, conferences, and academic discussions.

The Smart Classroom is located on the second floor, near the Reference Circulation area.

Usage Policies:

• The Smart Classroom is primarily intended for official meetings, training, and academic conferences.
• Other activities may be conducted only upon approval of the Campus Director through the endorsement of the College Librarian.
• Audience size must not exceed the seating capacity of the room.
• Users must handle the equipment with care and report any issues immediately.
• Food and drinks are strictly prohibited inside the Smart Classroom to maintain cleanliness and protect the equipment.

Facilities & Equipment:

• Interactive Smartboard for dynamic presentations.
• High-definition projector and sound system.
• Ergonomic seating for comfort and focus.
• High-speed internet for seamless online collaboration.
• Video conferencing tools for remote participation.

Reservation Guidelines:

• Faculty and staff must book in advance through the library office.
• Usage time should be followed to avoid scheduling conflicts.
• Users must ensure proper shutdown of all equipment after use.
