Circulation Policies
Students must follow the circulation policies to ensure the proper use of library materials.
Borrowing Policies
- Students are allowed to borrow a maximum of three (3) books at a time.
- Fiction books can be borrowed for one (1) week and renewed for another week unless requested by another user.
- Filipiniana materials are for overnight use only and must be returned the next day.
- Reference books can be borrowed for three (3) days and renewed if no prior request exists.
- Faculty may borrow up to 10 books per semester from all sections (e.g., Filipiniana, Reference, etc.).
Overdue Books & Penalties
- 1 day late = 1 hour of community service.
Photocopying Policies
- Photocopying of selected materials is allowed for one (1) hour only.
Lost Books
- Lost books must be reported immediately to the college librarian.
