Discussion Room

The Research & Learning Hub 1 and Hub 2 (commonly referred to as the Discussion Room) is available for group study and academic-related meetings.

Reservation & Usage

• The room is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Students must fill out a reservation form at the circulation desk.
• A group must have a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 7 people.
• Each group is allowed to use the room for a maximum of 1 hour. Extensions are allowed if no prior requests exist.
• Students are allowed to use the discussion room for a maximum of one hour per use only. Request for an extension may be allowed if there is no prior request from other users.

Rules & Regulations

• The discussion room is strictly for academic purposes only.
• Students must maintain proper behavior while using the facility.
• Vandalism in any form is punishable under the CTU/Library Policy.
• The library reserves the right to remove students who are not following the rules.
